Wrapped Burger Meal
Ground chuck, 1/3 lb.
1 potato, diced
1 whole carrot, sliced
1 sweet onion, sliced
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper
Heavy duty Aluminum Foil (approx. 18 x 18)
Fold foil in half, shiny side in.
Lightly grease one side of heavy-duty foil.
Form the ground chuck into a single patty, place onto 1 half of the foil.
Place prepared vegetables around & on top of the beef patty.
Top with butter and salt and pepper to taste.
Fold foil over beef patty and veggies.
Fold open edges 1/2 inch 3 times to form tight seal.
Place on a preheated grill or coals turning often.
Cook for 30 minutes or until done.
