1/4 sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/2 onion, sliced thin
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
You favorite steak seasoning
Heavy duty aluminum foil, approx. 18” x 18”
Fold foil in half shine side in.
Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
Place bell pepper and onions on one half of foil; sprinkle generously seasoning.
Lay steak strips on top of onions and peppers.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Fold foil over, folding 3 times the open edges to form tight seal.
Leave some room for air to flow.
Cook on a grill or on top of hot coals for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
Turn packet over half-way through cooking time.
When cooked, carefully open foil and slide steak, veggies and cheese onto Hoagie roll.
