Bubble and Squeek

Makes 4-6 servings
1 12 to 14 oz package Polska Kielbasa
1 small head of cabbage
2 medium potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut sausage into 1/2 inch slices and place in bottom of pan.
Cover with water.

Peel and dice potatoes into bite size pieces. Place in pot.

Cut cabbage in quarters. Cut each quarter into 3rds, place in pot.

Add salt and pepper.

Bring to simmer, cook until potatoes are done and cabbage is tender.

NOTE: can use bacon instead of sausage, just add just before serving.
