1 lb breakfast sausage
1 green peppers
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp dried onion
2 Tbsp chili powder (optional)
8 soft tortillas
1 1/2 C shredded cheese (your choice)
1 1/2 C salsa
Chop onions and green peppers.
Heat dutch oven to 350 degrees and Fry sausage, pepper, and onion.
Remove from dutch oven into pot with lid, leaving 1/2 cup or grease behind.
Mix eggs, garlic, onion, and chili powder. Fry in dutch oven, scrambling until cooked.
Put eggs into pot with sausage and mix.
Place about 1/3 cup egg & sausage mixture onto each tortilla. Add cheese, roll up, and fold over ends.
Lay in dutch oven, make second layer on top if needed.
Put lid on dutch oven and place coals on top and bottom.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees
