Serving : 26 sausage links6 eggs1 potato1/2 C shredded cheese1/3 C milkIn a Frying pan brown sausage and cut into small pieces, set aside.Cut the potato into small pieces and cook in sausage drippings.Drain drippings, leaving potatoes in pan. Beat eggs and milk together and add to potatoes. When almost cooked, add sausage and cheese. Ready when cheese is melted.
