Chicken W/Vegetables

2 Boneless chicken breasts
1/2 cup green peppers,
1/2 cup red peppers,
1/2 cup onions and
1/2 carrots
4 medium red potatoes
2 cloves garlic
Teriyaki sauce
Italian Dressing
Foil Bag
Or 2 pieces of foil



Cut chicken breast into bite size pieces and marinate in teriaki sauce for about an hour.

Cut all the veggies and potatoes into bite size pieces and marinate them in Italian dressing. Add minced garlic to the veggies.

After marinating place all the ingredients into a Foil Bag. Or divide into equal portions for individual packets

Cook over hot coals for 20-30 minutes or until the chicken is done.

Turning frequently for even cooking
