Chicken for Two

2 boneless chicken breasts, skinless
2 red potatoes, large cubed
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 carrot, sliced
1 celery rib, sliced
1/2 teaspoon sage & dill
2 tablespoons water
Salt and pepper to taste
Aluminum foil (approx 18 x 18)

Place one chicken breast and equal portions of veggies on each foil square.

Sprinkle with dill, sage, salt, pepper and water.

Fold the foil around the chicken and veggies and tightly seal, leaving some room for expansion.

Place packets on a campfire grilling rack over medium heat for 20 minutes.

Turn often.
